Welcome to Unmatched Coaching LTD. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully, as they govern your child’s participation in our various programmes, including sports clubs, holiday camps, and early years activities. By enrolling your child, you agree to these terms.

1. General Eligibility

All programmes offered by Unmatched Coaching LTD, including sports clubs, holiday camps, and early years programmes, are open to children within specified age groups. Participation is subject to availability and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

School Clubs: Parents are only permitted to book a school club if their child is currently enrolled at that specific school.

2. Booking Process

All bookings must be completed online via the provided link or portal. A place in the programme is confirmed only after the online form is submitted and full payment (if applicable) is received. Parents/Guardians are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during the booking process. You will receive an email confirmation once your booking is successful.

3. Payment

Pricing:
Programme costs may vary depending on the specific activity, duration, and location. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

Payment Methods:
Payments for all services must be made online through our secure payment gateway. Bookings are not confirmed until full payment has been processed. Payment confirmation will be sent via email. If payment is not made by the deadline, the booking may be cancelled automatically.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations by Unmatched Coaching LTD:
If a session or programme is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, coach unavailability), we will make every effort to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, a credit for the missed session will be applied to your account for future use. Refunds may be issued at our discretion.

Cancellations by Participants:
If you need to cancel your child’s place in a programme, please inform us as soon as possible. Refunds for cancellations are considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to administrative fees. Refund policies may vary depending on the specific programme. Cancellations must be communicated within 7 days of the start of the programme to be considered for a refund.

5. Attendance

Regular attendance is encouraged to ensure that your child benefits fully from the programme. If your child is unable to attend a session or day of camp, advance notice is appreciated. Refunds will not be provided for missed sessions unless there are extenuating circumstances, such as illness or family emergencies.

6. Safety & Conduct

Dress Code:
Children must wear appropriate sports attire and bring a drink to each session. Specific requirements may vary depending on the programme and will be communicated in advance.

Health and Safety:
The safety of your child is our top priority. All our coaches and staff members undergo enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks to ensure they are suitable to work with children. Additionally, our staff are trained in first aid and child safeguarding practices to provide a secure environment for all participants.

Behavioural Expectations:
We expect all children to adhere to our code of conduct, which promotes respect, teamwork, and a positive attitude. In the event of behavioural issues, we will first discuss with the parents/guardians to seek a resolution. Unmatched Coaching LTD reserves the right to remove any child who is consistently disruptive or fails to meet behavioural expectations from the programme.

7. Photography & Videography

We may capture photos and videos during our programmes for promotional purposes, including use on our website, social media platforms, and marketing materials. If you do not consent to your child being photographed or recorded, please notify us in writing before the start of the programme. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

8. Liability

Unmatched Coaching LTD cannot be held responsible for any loss of, or damage/injury to, a person or property in connection with participation in our programmes, except where such loss, damage, or injury is due to negligence on our part. By enrolling your child, you acknowledge and accept this limitation of liability.

9. Data Protection

Unmatched Coaching LTD is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not use, share, sell, or swap your personal information, or that of the children, with third parties. All personal data is handled in compliance with applicable data protection laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more detailed information.

10. Communication

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Force Majeure

Unmatched Coaching LTD is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Unmatched Coaching LTD regarding your child’s participation in our programmes and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

15. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Unmatched Coaching LTD reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to parents and guardians in a timely manner. Continued participation in our programmes following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
