Unmatched Coaching LTD - Terms and Conditions for Parents and Guardians
Welcome to Unmatched Coaching LTD. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully, as they govern your child’s participation in our programmes, including sports clubs, holiday camps, and early years activities. By enrolling your child, you agree to these terms.
1. General Eligibility
All programmes offered by Unmatched Coaching LTD are open to children within specified age groups. Participation is subject to availability and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
School Clubs: Parents may only book a school-based club if their child is currently enrolled at that specific school.
2. Booking Process

All bookings must be completed online via the provided link or booking portal.

A place is confirmed only when the online form is submitted and full payment has been received, unless otherwise stated.

Parents/Guardians must provide accurate and up-to-date information.

A confirmation email will be issued once the booking is successful.
3. Payment
Pricing
Programme costs vary depending on activity, duration, and location. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
Payment Methods

Payments must be made online via our secure payment system.

Bookings are not confirmed until full payment has been processed.

If payment is not received by the stated deadline, the booking may be cancelled automatically.
3A. Payment & Attendance Conditions

A booking is considered unconfirmed until full payment has been received.

Children without a confirmed place (including due to non-payment) will not be permitted to attend the programme.

Children arriving without a confirmed place will remain the responsibility of the Parent/Guardian and/or the school under normal dismissal procedures.

Parents/Guardians must ensure appropriate collection arrangements are in place on any day their child does not have a confirmed booking.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations by Unmatched Coaching LTD
If a session or programme is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, staff illness), we will make every effort to reschedule. If this is not possible, a credit will be applied for future use. Refunds may be issued at our discretion.
Cancellations by Participants

Parents should inform us as soon as possible if they wish to cancel.

Refunds are considered case-by-case and may include administrative fees.

Cancellations must be communicated within 7 days of the programme start date to be considered for refund eligibility.

Refund policies may vary by programme.
5. Attendance

Regular attendance is encouraged for children to gain the full benefit of the programme.

Refunds are not provided for missed sessions unless there are extenuating circumstances (e.g., illness, family emergencies).

If a child arrives for a session without a confirmed booking, they will not be signed in or allowed to participate. Responsibility remains with the school and/or Parent/Guardian.
6. Safety & Conduct
Dress Code
Children must wear appropriate sports attire and bring a drink to each session.
Jewellery & Earrings

Children must not wear any jewellery during sessions, including necklaces, bracelets, rings, and watches.

Earrings must be removed before attending any session. Taping earrings is not permitted.

If a child attends a session wearing earrings or any form of jewellery and sustains injury or damage as a result, Unmatched Coaching LTD accepts no liability, and full responsibility lies with the Parent/Guardian.

Parents are fully responsible for ensuring children arrive suitably dressed and without jewellery.
Health & Safety

All staff undergo enhanced DBS checks.

Staff are trained in first aid and safeguarding.

Our priority is to ensure a safe, supportive learning environment.
Supervision

Unmatched Coaching LTD cannot accept responsibility for a child until the session has officially begun and the child has been signed in.

If a child does not have a confirmed booking, they will not be signed in and will not be under our supervision.
Behavioural Expectations

Children must follow our code of conduct, promoting teamwork, respect, and positive behaviour.

Persistent behavioural issues may result in removal from the programme.
7. Photography & Videography
We may capture photos or videos during sessions for promotional use.
If you do not consent to your child being photographed or recorded, please notify us in writing before the programme begins. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.
8. Liability
Unmatched Coaching LTD cannot be held responsible for loss of, or damage/injury to, a person or property unless caused by negligence on our part.
By enrolling your child, you acknowledge and accept this limitation of liability.
9. Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your privacy.
Personal data will not be shared, sold, or transferred to third parties.
All data is handled in compliance with UK data protection laws.

10. Communication

All programme updates, reminders, and notifications are sent via email and/or phone.

It is the Parent/Guardian’s responsibility to ensure they read and respond to communications. Failure to do so does not exempt Parents/Guardians from the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.

11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
12. Force Majeure
Unmatched Coaching LTD is not liable for failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
13. Severability
If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and Unmatched Coaching LTD regarding programme participation and replace any previous agreements.
15. Changes to Terms & Conditions
Unmatched Coaching LTD reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation after changes indicates acceptance.
16. Non-Payment Policy

Failure to pay by the stated deadline will result in your child’s place being cancelled.

A cancelled place may be reinstated only after outstanding fees are fully paid and subject to availability.

Children will not be admitted to sessions if payment has not been received, even if they have previously attended.

Parents/Guardians must ensure alternative collection or childcare arrangements if a place is cancelled due to non-payment.

Welcome to Unmatched Coaching LTD. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully, as they govern the purchase and use of our session plans and curriculum-based services by schools. By purchasing our services, you agree to these terms.
1. General Eligibility
Schools interested in purchasing session plans or curriculum-based services may do so directly or through our online portal. All purchases are subject to approval by Unmatched Coaching LTD.
2. Booking Process
Online Purchase
Schools may purchase session plans or curriculum-based services online. All purchases remain subject to approval by Unmatched Coaching LTD before they are finalised.
Access to digital curriculum content will be granted once all necessary checks have been completed.
Detailed delivery plans will be provided once full payment has been received.
Schools are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date booking information.
3. Payment
Pricing
Pricing for services will be outlined in a formal agreement, proposal, or invoice.
Unless otherwise stated, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Payment Methods
Payments may be made via our secure online payment gateway or via bank transfer upon receipt of an invoice.
Services are not confirmed until payment has been received.
Unmatched Coaching LTD reserves the right to cancel or pause services if payments are not made by the agreed deadline.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations by Unmatched Coaching LTD
If a service must be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., staff illness), reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, a credit may be issued at our discretion.
Cancellations by Schools
Schools must inform Unmatched Coaching LTD as soon as possible if they wish to cancel.
Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to administrative fees.
Cancellations must be communicated within 7 days of the scheduled service to be considered for refund eligibility.
5. Venue Access & School Responsibilities
5.1 Venue Availability
The school is responsible for providing a suitable, safe, and accessible space for all booked sessions. This includes ensuring that indoor or outdoor areas are available and prepared for use.
5.2 Weather or Hall Unavailability
If the school is unable to provide the agreed venue due to:

Bad weather

Hall being in use for another purpose

Premises being inaccessible
-
School-based operational decisions
the session will still be charged in full, as Unmatched Coaching LTD remains ready, willing, and able to deliver the service.
Where possible, Unmatched Coaching LTD will adapt the session to the available space.
5.3 Missed or Unused Services
Unmatched Coaching LTD is not responsible for missed or unused sessions resulting from school scheduling conflicts, school closures, staffing shortages, timetable changes, or other internal school decisions.
Services are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Safety & Compliance
All Unmatched Coaching LTD staff involved in curriculum delivery hold enhanced DBS checks and appropriate qualifications.
We adhere to relevant safeguarding legislation and school policies.
Schools are responsible for ensuring their premises meet required health and safety standards.
7. Intellectual Property
All session plans, curriculum materials, training documents, and written content supplied by Unmatched Coaching LTD remain the intellectual property of the company.
Schools receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use these materials solely for the agreed duration and purpose.
Unauthorised copying, sharing, resale, or redistribution is prohibited.
8. Data Protection
Unmatched Coaching LTD complies with all UK data protection laws.

School data will not be shared with third parties.

Additional email addresses may be provided for staff access, but these must not be shared with other schools.

All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Communication
All updates, notices, and service information will be provided via email or phone.
Schools are responsible for ensuring contact details are accurate and kept up to date.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Force Majeure
Unmatched Coaching LTD is not liable for failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
12. Severability
If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid and enforceable.

These Terms and Conditions form the entire agreement between the school and Unmatched Coaching LTD and replace any prior agreements.

Continued use of services following changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
