Welcome to Unmatched Coaching LTD. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully, as they govern your child’s participation in all programmes delivered by Unmatched Coaching LTD, including school clubs, holiday camps, and early years activities.
By enrolling your child, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. General Eligibility
All programmes are available to children within the specified age ranges and are subject to availability.

Places are offered on a first-come, first-served basis

School-based clubs may only be booked for children currently enrolled at that specific school
2. Booking Process

All bookings must be completed online via the designated booking link or platform, or via a paper form where offered

A place is only confirmed once the booking form has been submitted and full payment has been received, unless otherwise stated in writing

Parents/Guardians must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
-
A confirmation email will be issued once a booking is successful
3. Payment
3.1 Pricing
Programme costs vary depending on the activity, duration, and location.
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3.2 Payment Method

Payments must be made online via our secure payment system

Bookings are not confirmed until payment has cleared
3.3 Non-Payment
-
If payment is not received by the stated deadline, the booking may be cancelled automatically

Unmatched Coaching LTD reserves the right to withdraw a child’s place due to non-payment
4. Payment & Attendance Conditions

A booking is considered unconfirmed until full payment has been received
-
Children without a confirmed place will not be permitted to attend any session
-
Children arriving without a confirmed booking will not be signed in and will remain the responsibility of the Parent/Guardian and/or the school under normal dismissal procedures

Parents/Guardians must ensure appropriate alternative collection or childcare arrangements are in place
5. Cancellations & Refunds
5.1 Cancellations by Unmatched Coaching LTD
If a session or programme is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (including staff illness, venue issues, or adverse weather), we will aim to reschedule where possible.
If rescheduling is not possible, a credit may be applied for future use. Refunds are issued at our discretion.
5.2 Cancellations by Parents/Guardians

Parents should notify us as soon as possible if they wish to cancel

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to an administration fee

Cancellations must be made within 7 days of the programme start date to be considered for refund eligibility

Refund policies may vary by programme
6. Attendance

Regular attendance is encouraged to gain the full benefit of the programme

Refunds are not provided for missed sessions except in exceptional circumstances (e.g. illness or family emergencies)

Children attending without a confirmed booking will not be allowed to participate
7. Safety, Supervision & Conduct
7.1 Dress Code

Children must wear appropriate sports clothing and footwear
-
A drink must be brought to every session
7.2 Jewellery & Earrings
For health and safety reasons, children should not wear jewellery during sessions, including necklaces, bracelets, rings, watches, or other accessories.
Earrings should be removed wherever possible prior to attending a session.
Where earrings cannot be removed, they must be fully taped over by the Parent/Guardian before the session begins.
Unmatched Coaching LTD does not provide tape and will not tape earrings on behalf of children.
If a child arrives wearing earrings that are not removed or not appropriately taped, Unmatched Coaching LTD reserves the right to exclude the child from participation in activities where a safety risk is identified.
If a Parent/Guardian chooses to send a child to a session wearing earrings (taped or untaped), they acknowledge and accept that:

Participation is at their own risk

Unmatched Coaching LTD accepts no responsibility for injury, damage, or loss arising as a result of earrings being worn
Parents/Guardians are fully responsible for ensuring children arrive suitably dressed and prepared for physical activity.
7.3 Supervision

Responsibility for a child begins only once the session has officially started and the child has been signed in

Children without a confirmed booking will not be signed in and will not be under our supervision
7.4 Behaviour

Children are expected to follow instructions and behave respectfully

Persistent or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the programme without refund
8. Medication & Medical Information
Parents/Guardians are responsible for providing accurate medical information at the time of booking and prior to participation.
If a child requires medication (including inhalers, EpiPens, insulin, or prescribed medication), it is the sole responsibility of the Parent/Guardian to:

Provide the medication directly to Unmatched Coaching staff

Ensure medication is clearly labelled with the child’s full name

Provide clear instructions for use
Unmatched Coaching LTD does not obtain, organise, store, or chase medication on behalf of Parents/Guardians.
It is not the responsibility of the school or Unmatched Coaching LTD to manage medication for families.
Where required medication is not provided, Unmatched Coaching LTD reserves the right to refuse participation if a health or safety risk exists.
9. Walking Home Arrangements
If a child is permitted to walk home independently after a session:

Written consent must be provided by the Parent/Guardian

Responsibility transfers back to the Parent/Guardian immediately upon the session ending

Unmatched Coaching LTD is not responsible for the child once they leave the session area
Children without written permission must be collected by an authorised adult.
10. Photography & Videography
Photos or videos may be taken during sessions for promotional purposes.

Parents/Guardians must notify us in writing if they do not consent

Consent may be withdrawn at any time in writing
11. Liability
Unmatched Coaching LTD is not responsible for loss, damage, or injury to persons or property unless caused by negligence on our part.
By enrolling your child, you accept this limitation of liability.
12. Data Protection & Account Creation
Unmatched Coaching LTD is committed to protecting personal data and handling all information in accordance with UK data protection legislation.
Where a Parent/Guardian provides information via a paper form, school referral, or other offline method (including but not limited to child’s name, Parent/Guardian name, email address, and phone number), they authorise Unmatched Coaching LTD to:

Create an online account on their behalf using the provided email address

Input and store the provided contact and child details within our secure booking and management systems

Use the provided email address and phone number to contact them regarding bookings, payments, programme updates, safeguarding, and welfare matters

Link the child’s details to current and future bookings
Account creation is carried out solely for programme administration and communication purposes.
Personal data will not be sold, shared, or used for unrelated marketing.
Parents/Guardians may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data at any time by contacting contact@unmatchedcoaching.com.
13. Communication

Programme updates and notices are sent via email and/or phone

Parents/Guardians are responsible for reading communications

Failure to do so does not exempt compliance with these Terms and Conditions
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
15. Force Majeure
Unmatched Coaching LTD is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including extreme weather, pandemics, or government restrictions.
16. Severability
If any provision is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Parents/Guardians and Unmatched Coaching LTD and supersede all previous agreements.
18. Changes to Terms & Conditions
Unmatched Coaching LTD reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.
19. Non-Payment Policy

Failure to pay by the stated deadline will result in cancellation of the child’s place

A cancelled place may be reinstated only once outstanding fees are paid and subject to availability

Children will not be admitted to sessions without payment confirmation

Parents/Guardians must make alternative childcare or collection arrangements if a place is cancelled due to non-payment

Welcome to Unmatched Coaching LTD. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully, as they govern the purchase and use of our session plans and curriculum-based services by schools. By purchasing our services, you agree to these terms.
1. General Eligibility
Schools interested in purchasing session plans or curriculum-based services may do so directly or through our online portal. All purchases are subject to approval by Unmatched Coaching LTD.
2. Booking Process
Online Purchase
Schools may purchase session plans or curriculum-based services online. All purchases remain subject to approval by Unmatched Coaching LTD before they are finalised.
Access to digital curriculum content will be granted once all necessary checks have been completed.
Detailed delivery plans will be provided once full payment has been received.
Schools are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date booking information.
3. Payment
Pricing
Pricing for services will be outlined in a formal agreement, proposal, or invoice.
Unless otherwise stated, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Payment Methods
Payments may be made via our secure online payment gateway or via bank transfer upon receipt of an invoice.
Services are not confirmed until payment has been received.
Unmatched Coaching LTD reserves the right to cancel or pause services if payments are not made by the agreed deadline.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations by Unmatched Coaching LTD
If a service must be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., staff illness), reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, a credit may be issued at our discretion.
Cancellations by Schools
Schools must inform Unmatched Coaching LTD as soon as possible if they wish to cancel.
Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to administrative fees.
Cancellations must be communicated within 7 days of the scheduled service to be considered for refund eligibility.
5. Venue Access & School Responsibilities
5.1 Venue Availability
The school is responsible for providing a suitable, safe, and accessible space for all booked sessions. This includes ensuring that indoor or outdoor areas are available and prepared for use.
5.2 Weather or Hall Unavailability
If the school is unable to provide the agreed venue due to:

Bad weather
-
Hall being in use for another purpose
-
Premises being inaccessible
-
School-based operational decisions
the session will still be charged in full, as Unmatched Coaching LTD remains ready, willing, and able to deliver the service.
Where possible, Unmatched Coaching LTD will adapt the session to the available space.
5.3 Missed or Unused Services
Unmatched Coaching LTD is not responsible for missed or unused sessions resulting from school scheduling conflicts, school closures, staffing shortages, timetable changes, or other internal school decisions.
Services are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Safety & Compliance
All Unmatched Coaching LTD staff involved in curriculum delivery hold enhanced DBS checks and appropriate qualifications.
We adhere to relevant safeguarding legislation and school policies.
Schools are responsible for ensuring their premises meet required health and safety standards.
7. Intellectual Property
All session plans, curriculum materials, training documents, and written content supplied by Unmatched Coaching LTD remain the intellectual property of the company.
Schools receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use these materials solely for the agreed duration and purpose.
Unauthorised copying, sharing, resale, or redistribution is prohibited.
8. Data Protection
Unmatched Coaching LTD complies with all UK data protection laws.

School data will not be shared with third parties.

Additional email addresses may be provided for staff access, but these must not be shared with other schools.

All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Communication
All updates, notices, and service information will be provided via email or phone.
Schools are responsible for ensuring contact details are accurate and kept up to date.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Force Majeure
Unmatched Coaching LTD is not liable for failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
12. Severability
If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid and enforceable.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions form the entire agreement between the school and Unmatched Coaching LTD and replace any prior agreements.
14. Changes to Terms & Conditions
Unmatched Coaching LTD reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Continued use of services following changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
